“Real Talk for Women” premiered as the Urban League of Broward County Women’s History Month Signature Event, hosted by Senator Rosalind Osgood and Urban League of Broward County President and CEO, Dr. Germaine Smith-Baugh. The event included local mental, physical and spiritual health practitioners and leaders who provided a rich community discussion focused on the steps women can take to improve their overall health and vitality. Real Talk is sponsored by CSL, Baptist Health South Florida, Broward Health, Cleveland Clinic Florida, Memorial Healthcare System, Sunshine Health and Next Weekend Productions.
EVENT DESIGNER
Next Weekend Productions served as the Event Designer for the 3rd Annual Event, overseeing the complete design and execution. Orchestration included crafting the stage set and backdrop, orchestrating room pipe and drape décor, and curating innovative room fabrications. The role also involved creating production budgets, managing the contractual agreements for performing artists, and developing comprehensive production schedules. Additionally, strategic planning meetings with stakeholders were organized to ensure seamless execution.
