Black Genius in Flights Inc. (BGIF) powered by Next Weekend Productions, Inc., proudly presented its 3rd annual Juneteenth Celebration, a charitable event dedicated to advancing education in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM). The BGIF mission is fostering continued education for children and adults within Black and brown communities, celebrating their brilliance, and recognizing the ongoing work needed to achieve true equality. The 3rd Annual BGIF Juneteenth Experience, themed ‘Imagination Unchained,’ was an immersive weekend featuring thought-provoking discussions, vibrant visual and performing arts that highlight the synergy between art and technology, uproarious comedy, soulful concerts, and engaging immersive experiences.

Executive Producer

Next Weekend Productions delivered an exceptional concert experience as executive producers for this project. Executive duties for this event included securing essential funding and negotiating prime venue rentals to meticulously creating production budgets, and overseeing artist contracts, Our expertise ensures every detail is perfected. We collaborated seamlessly with artist management and vendors, developed comprehensive production schedules, and organized strategic planning meetings. Additionally, we drove an impactful marketing campaign to elevate the event’s reach, visibility, and resonance. Our production staff transformed the vision into an extraordinary reality and a truly epic experience for the participants.
