The Taste the Island Experience is an all-inclusive VIP event that features unique attractions such as Island Pavilions representing Jamaica, Barbados, The Bahamas, and the US Virgin Islands. Highlights include Restaurant Row with regulars like Reed’s Catering offering their signature conch salad, chef and mixologist demonstrations on the main stage, glam and massage studios, and the Culinary Museum activation. The Departure Lounge stage hosts live music, rum sommelier presentations, and chef panels. Additionally, guests can enjoy a guided Tasting Tour, offering a virtual exploration of favorite Caribbean destinations.”
Project Management
Next Weekend Productions curated comprehensive project management for all experiences and managed main day event operations. Our role included coordinating event personnel, vendors, and contracts. Key features included Celebrity Chef live stage demos, a restaurant row, mixology experiences, celebrity chefs representing Caribbean Islands, an artisan shopping village, a culinary theatre and museum, and live entertainment.”
